Place/Parking behind the Sameba Cathedral and in front of the Armenian Pantheon Cemetery.
Undisturbed area. Sometimes the train cross. Very central to the city to walk. Or just call a taxi with the App „Bolt“ for a cheap price.
If you need water ask the gardeners of the cemetery friendly and have a small goodie for them.
Sometimes the police come by but the don’t care.
Also big rigs can fit here. A toilet is located at the church (around 4 Min. walk).

Mostly secluded spot along the edge of the road. Tucked into the trees, so the wind wasn't much of an issue. Parked two full size camper vans there. Mosquitoes were on the larger size and plentiful.

Nice & cosy place with beautiful view of the mountains. Just next to the main road but quiet & very peaceful. I can park my bike outside my room. Room rate is 6000 dram (2 persons) @ 5000 dram (1 person). Room with attached shower, closet & TV. Very clean. Fast internet. The lady gv me fries for free. Its a nice treat especially after my long & tiring ride from Tabriz & along the badly broken mountain roads in Armenia.

Female travelers here! Only needed a spot to spend the night before visiting Bryce in the morning. We showed up just before sunset. It was pretty crowded since it was Memorial Day weekend, but even so we found a good, secluded spot a couple miles in with a fire ring. Super quiet and felt safe for us. 2 bars for both Verizon and AT&T. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in town.

Good place for a wild camp. As stated before you can park completely out of sight and just enjoy the beautiful landscape and sunset in front of you!

Just to add. The down to the lake is a bit washed out and for trucks not really recommend. It is pretty narrow and there are many low hanging branches.
In the worst case there might be a small spot nearby the road.
Furthermore locals are warning to stay here at night ("Strange" people walking around).

Awesome spot right on the reservoir. Tons of space for small and large vehicles/campers. Free for 14 days.

you can park in the big grassy area away from the hangout area. for a "party hostel" I thought this place was pretty mild. music from 8am to usually 11pm but I didn't think it was excessively loud. good soundtrack at least. Rodger, the operator, speaks excellent English and is super friendly and can give suggestions for hikes around the area. wash and dry clothes for 6 bucks a load since nothing dries up here. 8pppn. dog friendly but must be on leash at all times even though their nice dogs roam freely.

height restrictions, we are 2.8m and had to push the hanging lights up a lot to clear.

Interesting museum and very friendly staff, they even offered us to stay overnight which we then did. Very quiet and safe. Good for big rigs ( better than town center).

Wonderful Place to stay a few nights. You can park in front of the Lighthouse or in one of the picnic places along the road.

A lot of people come to talk, it was really nice and beautiful to have some conversations.
We stay 2 nights on the island and can highly recommend to stay there.

Very expensive for a normal campsite. $2 showers for 8 minutes. Showers are a far walk. The bathrooms were very clean. The water is decent compared to Phoenix AZ water. There were a lot of sticker bushes…. So every time we walked our two dogs - we had to stop to pull out the sticker bushes. No shade and no trees close enough to put up a hammock.

Perfect place for catching the ferry since it’s literally 2 minutes away. We stayed here two nights. We used this as a base the first night spending the day doing laundry, food shopping, water fill, etc.
The second night was nice knowing we were so close to the ferry in the morning. There were a few other campers there each night doing the same thing. Trash cans on-site. Plenty of space for all size vehicles.

Garage is on the other side of the road at a corner with a brown plate ‘garage’. Really nice helpfull people. They were not able to help us as our alternator broke down and they couldn’t find the spare part, but they tried their best.

Camp is open!
Very spacious area with open spaces (windy) and also nice little hidden/protected places.
The Ablutions are brand new and in perfect condition. Extra room for laundry, drying room and kitchen with 3 working spaces. The poeer plugs are not all working and some are in very bad condition. Check that before you choose your campsite. This is typically NWR.
Overall a recommendation.

As described! Next to the West Fork of a gorgeous river next to a one lane bridge. Pristine, pack it out. Respect the fire ban. This morning was 32 degrees so plan for cool mornings. A one mile hike up the road to the trailhead and then 5 more to the hot springs. A great hike. We turned around about a mile from the springs since it was so windy. A really beautiful spot. We love CO.

The road is closed by a lot of snow. Better to get there on late June to be sure of being able to arrive. From Stewart we were able to drive around 15km but missing 12km more. We saw beautiful views and few black bears. Go to the Visitor Center first where they report when the viewpoint is open or closed.

We slept one night after not being able to reach the glacier. Our mistake was not to stop here first as they report if the Viewpoint is open or not. Better to get to the end of June if you want to sleep in the glacier Viewpoint. Quiet night. We were alone. Wi-Fi open without a password but did not connect.

Still the same. There is no control to enter Hyder, just when returning to Stewart. Open from 8am to 6pm. But outside that schedule it is mandatory to report the entry by phone. They requested the vehicle plates, origin, the data of the occupants and the only question was how long ago did we enter to Canada.

Normal CB. Stayed 1 night ok in class B van. Funny to read the other 2 comments because both my wife and I talked about the noise during the night. It was odd, motorcycles, cars, but not like drive by noise. Turns out it was the car wash across the street. Hang out place for the kids. That was ok, Saturday night, it was quiet eventually.

The entrance to the park is normally 50 pesos/ car. But as they saw we are 2 persons we received 2 tickets and had to pay 100 pesos.
Normally 1 ticket = entry for car parking space and entrance for camping space.
During the weekend you pay 50 pesos for cars taking you up to the top of Nevada de Toluca, and 50 for bringing you back down. You can also hike up.
When arriving at the top with the cars you have to pay 56 pesos for the access to the lakes and the very top of the volcano.
During the first night (Saturday-Sunday) there where many people camping overnight. On Monday they told us the park would be closed.
