Still open and functional. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. Grass trimmed. Electric for AC. Water for tanks and bathrooms. Wifi across the street which our booster could pick up. We emailed ahead and gate was open. Lots of shade trees. Space for dogs to wander. Quiet at night. Really a perfect location for exploring Merída. Paid Zazil $300 per night when she came by. She spoke English when we called. Luis wanders the property-don't pay him. Folks cut across occasionally, we will put our chairs away when we aren't here.
