One of my girlfriend and I's favourite campsites we've ever stayed in. Paid MXN$200 for one night, sleeping in our 4runner on their grass lawn. The bathrooms were very clean, the showers super hot, and wifi was okay.
Being walking-distance to the ruins was great, and the jungle surroundings were righteous. During our stay in the campground we heard howler monkeys in the distance, saw fireflies in the evening as well as an agouti in the morning. That said, bugs were a bit of an issue. Aside from the expected mosquitos, there appears to be an ants nest underneath the field we camped on, they like to bite, so watch out.
We would most definitely stay again.
