As described, we stayed 2 nights in our Promaster van. The road is steep with low power lines at just under 10’ we had no issues with height. We pulled past the entry and backed in as it would have been a tight turn, and spun just a little trying to get out. The dogs barking would be the only complaint. We had water, electric, and a dump; however, we did not use the electric. It was rainy and the outlet was in the ground and appeared to be a standard interior outlet. $190 a night
