This is a nice park. We enjoyed being back in nature after extended city camping. Rather then camping by the lake (which wasn’t much of a lake while we were here) we recommend staying at the first campsite area when you turn right to go around the loop. It’s right before the zoo. There were hardly any people here and less stray dogs. Our dog was pretty much left alone. Washrooms are near this campsite area as well. We’d recommend! It’s 20p per adult, 15p for parking and 80p to camp over night, $135p all in. For our second night we were only charged $80 for camping.
