Yes, all latest comments accurate. It a great place to stay. The best we have been at in Mexico. About the discount we found out, that it applies as soon as you commit for 6 nights and more. So you can have the discount of 10% starting from day 1. But you wont get it if you pay for 5 days only and then extend your stay for less than 6 nights. Its not retroactive so to say. (Yes, that doesn't make sense at all, and yes I tried to tell them that...) :-)
