Comment:
Excellent location for visiting Merida with easy side trips to Progreso, Uxmal, Izamal, etc. Bus out front to go downtown. Excellent shopping across road. Lots of lavanderas. We stayed a week. 300 pesos per night for full hookup and reasonable bathrooms. The trickiest part is to find the entrance to the campsite!! (We missed it the first time around.) The gate may be closed but it is not usually locked -just shift the chain. Owner comes to collect money around 1700 to 1800. Lots of room for big rigs. Wifi can be obtained with code from La Gaz station.
