Pine tree setting full hook up Bill and Pam were really wonderfull and friendly 25 US per night sure great value we stayed in the shade of pine trees log cabins available fast wifi good electricity portable water quiet wilderness setting only a couple of miles from town

Lovely hotel north side of Tonala on the mex 200 about 170 km west of the Guatemala border we used El Carmen as a crossing no trucks there we arrived here in the hotel at 4 pm the road from the border is double lane the rooms are better than most we have stayed in with hot showers air cond place has a pool and restaurant and secure parking for any size rig 500 pesos per night

Guatemala side of the border at El Carmen 2 hours into Guatamalla lovely old grand clean friendly with comfortable beds and great service $41 for a double excellent hot showers

We stayed 2 night charged us 7000 c we did not bother to try and barter god enough not what we expected from C R same as all the countries north pot hygiene no maintenance take or leave it attitude so good enough but other than lovely ovation and due to no competition we enjoyed what was on offer for 2 nights

Lovely white sandy beach here at ottos 20mts from the high tide just down from Lola's some surf we only stayed 2 nights so not sure what type of surf but I guess beginners and just above We payed 7000 C for 2 people with electricity it's all about location not about the facilities however running water in the seatless toilets and the dushas are the same no different than the countries north of here good enough lovely open fire to do u cooking

We arrived and were disappointed the bathrooms were grossly filthy Manuel was away and obviously the staff did not keep the hygiene standard up He was not due back until November we did not stay though everything else seemed in place We did move on and as we wanted to be on the beach and have the use of facilities we did not find anything better

Yes realised if you wish to use refrigerator and indoor kitchen extra 100 C per night no charge to use outdoor kitchen and open fireplace

Stayed a few nights new manageress who is not into cleaning restrooms otherwise nice shady spot on the beach no electricity available we charged our torch and phone in the restroom but will not allow us to hook our rig $7 per head a night
