Run down hotel with little grassy area to park. We rented a economic room for 250 peso/night. Toilets are very very run down (rings are made on foam!!!).

Hot springs, possible to camp in the parking lot (not directly at the springs). Last few kms are rough. Pit toilets, no showers or facilities.

Nice owner women (only friendly if you rent a cabaña ;-). On sundays she gets drunken and is singing love songs. Clean toilet. Shower is solar heated. Paid 150 peso/person/night

Hotel at Avenuda 4 N No. 9N-77. www.hotelcuartavenida.com. Very clean appartement with kitchen and secure parking in garage (max. 2,6m). Paid usd 60 for a double room (2 room appartment) incl. Breakfast. Very hot water in shower and good pressure.

Nice relatively clean rooms with van. Paid 12.5/pp. Parking for free. Good overnight place.

Nice grassy area and swimming pool. Bathroom in room no. 11 was nice and clean, showers hot. Paid 20 soles per person/night. Very nice person, who runs the hotel. 200m away from the surf beach.

Nice camping next to the beach. Area for tents. We asked to camp on the grass next to the laguna because overlanders cannot enter to the grass area. We were allowed to camp in the green, quiet area of the laguna.

Huarco Hotel: possible to camp on their grass area or (if overlander) next to a terrass. The cleanest bathrooms we ever seen in Peru. Nice view from the hotel over the landscapw. Very quiet. Swimming pool can be used. Expensive: 70 soles per night (2 persons and a car), negotiable.

No possible to camp here. Just for rent rooms (140 soles a doble room)

Campsite next to rangers house (not as windy as the other two beach spots). Pit toilets. Ranger offered to use his private shower.

Nice little grass space for overlander. Quiet; good place for an overnight stay. Paid 30 soles for two persons and one car.

Camping on parking, cold shower and flush toilets from swimming pool for use, quiet at night.

Did great work: service, organised a new turbo and original antishocks. Only negative point: forgot to tighten the screws at the two backside tyres.

Very nice campground! Hot showers, free range eggs and fresh orange juice. Clean bathroom. 36 soles for two persons and a car.
