Best Grand Teton view | Oh my god! The Forest Service has recently made this a “camp in designated space” but refuses to enforce their own rule. So. I pick a designated space and end up with 2uninvited for those of us who do!!!! guests on my “space”. I call the FS and am iinformed they don’t enforce the rule. Screamiing kids, yelling adults. If you don’t want to abide by the rules, stay home. You are ruining it for those of us who abide by the rules!!! |

Whittier Town Campground | Large gravel parking lot. Must be new this year, last year you could camp right next to the bay. Not now. $20 a night. |

Mat Su RV Park | Dumpy campground with lots of micro trash. $20 for dry camping, $10 extra for electric and $10 to dump and potable water. Next to highway so a bit noisy. |

El Viejo Playa Blanca | Seafood restaurant with an awesome waiter Yasar. Good dishes custom made. Prices are average for the area. Shrimp was really good. |
||
Conejo Norte | Several sites on a hill overlooking the ocean. Several established fire rings. Saw a 37 foot Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel on a bench just below us. Beautiful views of the ocean in both directions. Fairly level. |
