El Rancho RV Park | As others have noted, a fabulous spot to stay. Poco and Pepe are creating a great retreat and provide friendly service. Conveniently located and very capably handles big rigs. A must stop! |
Trailer Park Teotihuacan | Convenient location. Relatively easy to access in a bigger rig. Several vehicles appear in long term storage. Staff friendly. Bathrooms need work. Accessed pyramids and Mexico City from here, rather than fight the big city chaos in a larger vehicle. Stayed three nights. |
Hotel San Ramon | Nice spot for bigger rigs. On outskirts of town so easy to access. 67 Pesos uber ride into center of town. Staff friendly. Facilities pretty good. Stayed two nights. |
Real de Catorze Tunnel Parking | Stayed one night. No problems at all. Large area just in front of tunnel entrance. |
Walmart super center Laredo Tx. | Typical Walmart parking lot. Spent one night before crossing border. No problems at all. Restaurants and fuel in vicinity if needed. |
Roadside Rock Pit | Large rock out area. Appears to be used quite often with several fire rings and unfortunately, garbage. Also frequented by this who wish to target shoot. Nevertheless, found a cosy spot with a nice view off to the upper right in the grass near trees. Some road noise, but sound carries far around here. |

playground near a small lake and Inuvik | As described. Very nice setting just outside town. Good for a night. Grilled dinner on BBQ lakeside while enduring a few flies and mosquitoes, but they are everywhere. |
