Yellow Plum tent house

Wonderful camping spot in the middle of Puerto Natales! We arrived by car and were offered a tend to use for the night, including very comfy mattresses. Nice and warm fire pit in the evening, super bathrooms (heated!), hot showers, and a great breakfast in the morning (which came with motivational quotes on coffee cups) - BTW one of the best coffees I had in Chile so far! For 10'000 clp pp/pn (low season rate) we think it's a great place. Since it was our last day we didn't ask many information on what to do but we got some tips for the next time we come to Chile :)

rotiseria la rosa

Empanadas and pizza! They have WiFi and you can pay with card

Gob. Gregores Municipal Camping

Small camping, with clean toilet and very hot water. Nice bbq/fire areas and tables for eating. Paid 120 pp instead of 130 because the owner didn't have money to give the rest. In exchange for the favour, he didn't do for us the bill. Okay place if you don't want to do wild camping while on the long ruta 40.

terra patagonica cabaña

A house/cabana for private use with two rooms (one single and one double), bathroom, kitchen and small living room area. 52'000 clp per night per two people in low season. Booked through Jessica, the owner, is very friendly and will try to communicate at her best. Our Spanish is really not good but we managed to understand each other.

Senderos Patagonia

Went with car with tend on top. Not the best solution in this case because its not very protected from the wind. I believe for normal ground tends the situation is better since there are protected corners. Cost for camping was 5'000 clp per person per night, including use of hot showers and kitchen and common e areas. Campers/camping people can access also an extra bathroom area outside of the main building. Alternative and seemingly environmentally friendly, the kithen is not super tidy but has everything you might need. The staff was helpful in finding the best route to hike the next day. Overall okay.

Hostel y Café Huella Patagonica

Stayed in the private room for two (can host up to three ppl) for the price of 45'000 clp. Hosts were very helpful and gave us nice suggestions both for the dinner and activities in Coyahique as well as for next stops of our road trip. Safe parking for our rented car in their parking lot. Only drawback was that the room is not very quiet being on the ground floor next to the common area (we started hearing people for breakfast at 7 or so).

Camping Puyehue

Small camping ground which opened for us because other options were closed. We had a beautiful spot near the lake, very quiet (except for some birds in the morning!). 10'000 clp for two person and car with tend on roof. Water for shower was hot. Facilities are okay, a bit old and rusty but functional.

Camping Traful Lauquen

240 pp with a car and the tend on top of car. Caravan were more expensive. Clean toilets, nice cleaning area for clothes and dishes, with hot water! No WiFi at the moment. Fire pits for single stations or shared, with grills, if someone wants to warm up or bbq. Location is very good.

Ruka Rayen

Hostel and camping ground at the same time, it is taken care of by Bianca and Peter. Price for a room in hostel with shared bathroom was 27'000 per night (2 p). Includes breakfast. We had a great time with Bianca who took time to ask on our behalf to conaf about open trails at the national park huerquehue as well as giving us indications and suggestions for our next stops of trip. Was a wonderful experience and will gladly come back!

Los Ñirres

19'000 for car with tend. Hot water, no WiFi, toilets okay but not great. View is awesome and the park is wonderful!
