Spent one night here. Arrived after dark and left at 8 am.

Beyond founders Grove.

Good spot to spend the night when visiting the Avenue of the Giants. Unfortunately there is some trash around the spot but not too bad. Quiet at night. Some trucking activity in the morning.

Big Level Boat Launch on the Eel River

The "frontflip" comment is the best ever ! I've been laughing non stop for five minutes 😅😂🤣

Arcata Marsh

As previously described though some questionable characters were hanging around. At about 9 PM quite a few cars started to show up. Some had to turn around because lot filled up. Nobody bothered me though and I had a good night's sleep. Marsh walk in the morning was interesting. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you have that option.

Beach trail

Excellent spot for a night. It's a road that goes parallel to 101. It didn't show up in any of my GPS apps. As you go south on 101 and you "pass" the point, slow down and you'll see a dead end road branching to the right.

Shoot the oregon coast here or at the next exit

Valid spot for a night. Make sure to take the short trail to the hidden beach from the back of the parking lot. Space for 3-4 cars/vans.

Port Orford Sunset free

Pretty spot by the ocean. Quiet at night. Traffic picks back up at about 8 am.

Excellent spot if you crave a longer shower. Starts at 50c for 3 minutes and goes up 1.5 minutes for each quarter.

Two Mile Lane

Very little traffic near this pullout close to Bandon, OR. Space for one van. Cell reception. Good for a quick night.

Ash Lake Road Pull Out

Spot as described. Reasonably quiet at night.

Strunk Rd

End of Strunk Rd. Cape Horn Trail passes through here too. Hike 0.8 miles to Pioneer Point for an awesome view of the Columbia River or hike the whole loop (~7 miles). Much more quiet than the Park and Ride lot. No facilities.

Downtown Vancouver, WA

Free parking in the weekend in downtown Vancouver. During the week free from 6PM-8AM. Pretty quiet at night. Close to the waterfront and farmer's market (Saturdays). Stayed two nights without issues.

Duckabush Rd National Forest pullout

Good spot to stay overnight before heading over to Murhut Falls. Will walk the 3 miles to the trailhead as the road is heavily potholed.

Washington Park Campground

Good hot showers 50c/2.5 minutes. I couldn't find the RV water fill up but I filled from one of the sites.

72 hour Marina Street Parking

1.5 miles to the ferry terminal. Sections of the route don't have sideways so it makes for an "interesting" walk. Quiet overnight.

South Lake Union

Brilliant spot for exploring downtown Seattle. Stayed here for 2 days/nights without issues. 15 minutes walk to the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens.

Old Seattle Neighborhood

Excellent spot. Spent two nights here with no issues. Quiet at night. xfinitywifi hotspot (you need an xfinity account).

Outlet Collection Parking

Stayed here one night with no issues. No signs prohibiting overnight parking. Light noise. Outlet shopping.

rest area water and dump station

Still alive and kicking. Fresh water spigot has a timer. Press the button again for more water.

Public Water Refill Station

It took me a bit to find the fill station. Between Rhein Haus Biergarten and the bus stop sign there are stairs going down. Fill station is there near the restrooms. Park near the Biergarten (15 minutes parking) turn the flashers on and fill up. Good water flow.

Peshastin Laundromat and free WiFi

Laundromat with free WiFi. $2.50 for small loads and $0.25/5 minutes for dryer.

Icicle Ridge Trailhead

Trailhead parking with space for a few cars. Near the road but fairly quiet at night. There are two more parking areas above this one but not very level.

Chelan Butte Trailhead Parking

Stayed here three nights without issues. No signs prohibiting overnight parking. Fits cars and small vans. Very quiet at night. Locals show up in the morning to walk their dogs. Porta potty and trash can. If you use reflectix on your windows I would remove it in the morning to make it less obvious that you spent the night. Please keep it clean and stealthy for others to enjoy.

Cape Dissapointment Showers

ADA accesible hot showers with park entry.
$10/day or $30/year for Washington State Parks pass.
