Nice beach parking lot right on beach. Protected area for turtles so if you are lucky you will see some mommas lay eggs or some babies make their way to the sea. There are police are here 24/7, so very safe. Lots of shade for daytime parking. Locals come late afternoon/ early evening but within an hour after sunset it is quiet except for the sounds of the sea and birds. Dog friendly.

Not able to sleep here anymore due to it being a turtle sanctuary. Police came and moved us on about 8pm
Report Check-InWe wanted to spend the night there but at 8 pm the police came to our car and started to say we were violating the law because we were cooking with our stove and we were camping in the parking lot. They threatened us, saying they wanted to give us a fine and take us to the jail for the night (because the man in charge to give the fine was only working in the morning). At the end we gave them a tip and they let us go but avoid going there. We had our car but there was another van and they did the same with them (they were cooking as well). Apparently camping is forbidden there!
Report Check-InTotally safe. Beech policed day and night to protect turtles
Trees too low to shade big rigs.
Moved to Eden on the sea front Playa Zicatela, entrance at Oxxo store. Tight entrance, but even my 7.5m long 3.5m high squeezed in no problems.
Complete shade at the back, electric hook up too weak to Charge batteries during day.
120ps for one person including electric
Perfect place.
Asked the police there (24/7) if it was OK to camp. In the afternoon they said it was OK, in the evening they said it depends on the director who would come at 20.00... He ignored us so we could stay.
In the morning some guys who clean the banos said it was not allowed to camp overnight..
Nice place as per previous posts, but you might get sent away.
