Not easy anymore, at least it wasn't for us. we had to wait for one week and only got the visas after making a big discussion and staying there for a whole day. Embassy staff was blaming Luanda for taking that long. New prices since March. you have to pay 97500 CFA for 30 days multiple entries. We had to pay only after getting the approval, not before.

One easily obtains the visa here and the staff is quite friendly. But gathering the necessary documents and paying at the bank takes some time.
Embassy hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. but you can pick up your visa until 3 p.m.

You can only pay for the visa at Credit du Congo in the city center, not at other branches in the city.
Crédit du Congo hours: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Bring dollars, a copy of your passport and (if possible) the embassy account number.

was there at 9am. They called me at 3 pm.
You have to go first to the embassym Then you havt to go to a bank to pay the 103$.

... additionally the ask now for a bank declaration about your money. Nice staff there but the whole application procedure took like a half day.

Good service at this embassy.
Obtained my visa in 1 day. Price is 103$ to be paid at "Credit du Congo" bank, in town. 2 months to enter, multiple entries, valid for 30 days since entry date.
Required documents:
-flight ticket ( you can obtain a fake one at the airport)
-hotel reservation
- color photocopy of passport and yellow fever certificate
-2 passport pictures
- document of request (explaining your purpose there...etc.)
- form to be filled at the embassy
