Update: 2 days after we left the passports (Friday) the counselor decided he also wanted to have an interview with us on Monday, but our 3-day transit visa for Burkina starts on Monday, so we decided to skip Ghana and go straight to Togo. The 3 times we went to this embassy we were the only visitors, and the staff was not helpful and really inefficient. At least they gave us the money back when we said we wouldn’t wait till the interview.

The embassy moved to a new building near the US embassy. The right coordinates are 12°37′51.92″N 08°01′13.3″W
The experience was ok. Make sure you have all the copies with you. We were asked for hotel reservations. There is a cyber cafe and a copy shop not far if you need to print/copy something.
The hours are 8:30 - 14:00 Mon-Thur and 8:30-12:00 Fri.

Work hours: 8:30-14:30. Friday only in the morning. There is a place nearby where you can make fotocopies of the forms. Lalá, the attendant, is nice on her way.

you can apply for Ghana visa here. 30 day 30,000 cfa.
you have to leave your passport there for 48 hours

you need 4 of each below:

-copies of the application form (bring a copier or lots of time) they only accept the forms you get there.
-passport photos
-letter explaining why you are traveling to Ghana. for sure include that you are driving.
-need 2 contacts in ghana with phone and address.
-proof of ability to cover your expenses.
- copies of reservations.
-Mali visa copy if not in the passport you leave (our passport with mali visa was already at ivory coast embassy)
- who knows what else seems the requirements change.
