Description
Embassy of Nigeria, next to OiLibya petrol station, Point E. A very friendly man advised me to apply in Cotonou. While he didn't deny me the visa, he said tourist visa is only 1-2 weeks valid and that when they will see my itinerary through West Africa and possibly my Cameroon visa, they should the visa there.
