Still not possible to get a visa for German tourists. Even telling them I would give them some money didn't change their mind. So better get your visa done in Windhoek... I was a little late with organization.
I'm waiting for a quote for a ferry from Soyo to Cabinda. I already know it is possible even for big trucks. You have to ask for a quote at Secil Maritima in Luanda (I added Infos there) and go from Soyo with the ferry. (Infos at Soyo)
Report Check-InNot possible to get the visa as a German. Tried everything and now Im stuck here. Somebody told me it's possible to bribe them and pay 400 US dollar to get it, but thanks no.
Report Check-InIt is still impossible to get the visa. Even if you know someone who knows The Guy. Going in person makes no difference either. South African and German passort denied.
