They really didn't want to let me apply here as I'm not a Nigerian resident (I'm Australian). After many hours of 'persuading' and throwing a bunch of documentation at them (including copies of drivers license, IDP, my legal practising certificate and a typed letter explaining that I've been out of Australia 9 mths) they acquiesced. 15 day(!) visa cost 43,000N. Issued the following day. (~30,000N) if you can wait 3days.
