Visa available, 101.000 cfa, but had to be sent away to Brazz. Usually 2 weeks but can be done express in 5 days. But you pay ($18USD). We decided to do it in Libreville. this information is good if traveling with a vehicle. you can do evisa. two days wait.

Report Check-Instill open, they are located at changed GPS coordinates. no hassle, very clear instructions (see picture for requirements). has to be stamped in Brazza so regular turn around time is ~2 weeks, express is 20.000CFA (for 2 passports) and ~5 days return. They make your copies there, so no need to do all printing beforehand. also included copy of CdP for vehicle

If you are at the corner of Rue Tchibet (off main road on right side going north a few roads down from this location) and Avenue Bitelika Ndombi you will see their flag. At intersection w Rue Tchinoa.
