Validity starts at exact date you indicate. We got 60 days multiple entry (NL & FR passport)

I had two provide 1 photo, 2 copies of passport main page, 2 copies of Angolan visa, 2 copies of yellow fever certificate, 2 copies of either credit card or bank statement and a hotel booking, 2 copies as well. I think plane ticket out of the country is also required, but just saying I'm traveling overland did the job.
IMPORTANT : I had to give them my exact days of entry and exit, and that's the validity of the visa. One month maximum.
Applied for multiple entry but got only single entry.

Report Check-InReally friendly and helpful staff. We paid 35.000 Kz for next day visas (27.000 Kz takes 5 days). Payment must be done at a certain bank. Had to provide 1 photograph and 2 copies of passport and yellow fever. We weren't asked for anything else and received 30 day multiple entry visas. We hold Spanish passports and travel by bicycle.

We used Carnet for lack of airline tickets—without Carnet, they’ll ask for Letter from your embassy.
Btw, street parking was not a problem for us.
