Bought 4 BF Goodrich (285/75R16) tyres here with five day delivery time at a good price. They (Claudia) called me to confirm they arrived. Professional, clean shop with all (ergonomic) equipment. Mechanics refrained from using air-wrenches after my first request and handled my poor quality wheel nuts with manual care. (I always refuse to leave the car while it's being worked on and play supervisor instead.)

While there, I saw they do alignments and brakes as well. They call themselves "we are wheels" and that's what the shop looks like. I'd take other maintenance elsewhere, even though they can do oil and filter changes too.

This is the worst mechanic we have ever been to. We dropped our car and asked them specifically to look a 6 problems and then do an inspection only to let us know what is wrong. When we returned 6 of our problems stood as it was cause they were not able to fix it owing to the fact that they know not too much about 4x4s or just said we are not able to here. But instead they decided to change the entire suspension system with no approval from us. The sales team is completely incompetent and was a result of the sales girl giving incorrect instructions to the mechanic. The bill provided was 1.9 million (700 USD) for a service we did not want or approve. She did not think it was important to call or WhatsApp as requested with an update or approval. After a lot of argument they changed 2 parts back but still fleeced us of heavy service fees over a service we did not request for (120USD). The girl just lied her way through to cover her error and the manager did not budge. We agreed as a compromise to pay for the parts that couldn’t be reversed but requested the service fee for this suspension system change be knocked off - well instead they just kept our car longer and asked us to pay this or leave it. Horrible service, competence and fairness as a business.

as described before, really good service. I think the price is good too, paid 120k for balancing of 4 tires, changing idler arms (brought the parts) and alignment. They also greased everything and were happy to answer all questions I had. It was kinda hard to get there because of the chaotic traffic. Highly recommended.

We can definitely recommend this place. Not only in comparison to all the dirty street garages around but also because of really good service. The whole garage is clean and the team is providing a good quality. They increased our clearance by 5cm and changed the absorbers. Ordering of new absorbers was done in minutes. They also did the adjustment with laser detection. The area is a bit narrow and might not be ideal for big rigs.

A major service center in the heart of the reputations district. Well run and trustworthy company, especially as all other options in the area are pretty seedy. They replaced our suspension and steering bushings, as well as serviced our breaks. EXCELLENT customer service. Samuel Valencia was incredibly helpful and honest, not to mention turned out to be a great friend during our week plus in the area. Not only did the work end up costing less than quoted, Sam advised us to take care of some work elsewhere, recommending specialized mechanics for jobs that would otherwise be more expensive and Somos Llantas.
