We stayed in out RTT in the car park and the staff couldn't have been more friendly we got power from the bar and made our own meals in our camp although the food is good, plentiful and reasonably priced. It's a great location to walk into town for supplies (limited) and there are great places to take the local coffee too. they changed 300bir a night for camping or you can have a clean room for
600bir. cash only

This is the only hotel where I found friendly people in Jinka! it's possible to camp, to cook or eat from the restaurant (with cold beer, we were eating as it's cheap), they have western toilet with flushing water and cold shower. Recommended. We paid 1 tent for 2 people 300birr.

Parking lot car campsite. Asked for 200Birr pppn, settled for 150 after seeing the 6 month old iOverlander check-in at 100Birr. Might get access to ablutions in a vacant room. Reasonable price for beer. Camping ablutions old, seriously need work. Good enough for stopover. Noisy early morning: dog barking next to car after 2am and 5am religious calls from multiple directions—great if you want to get going early ;-)

Small hotel with big fenced parking area on partly grassy field. Used by Overlander trucks. Simple ablutions. You can use the shower in one of the free rooms. Also a restaurant with Ethiopian and Continental food. Cold drinks available.
We paid 100 Birr pppn.
