About visa extension
first of all,
NO COVID VACCINATION COULD NOT GO INSIDE THE IMMIGRATION.
then finnish the form online then printing out.
(www.dgdn.gouv.tg)
yes, NO paper forms here(for visa).
i didn't know that, but i went out to a photocopy shop, asked one guy helped wrote the form online then printing out(500cf for all).
then went back to the immigration, gave them:
the form,
passport copy,
Laissez Passer copy,
2 photoes(white background),
covid vaccination copy.

FREE to extend to 30days(means you pay 10k on the border, then extend the rest 23 days for free)
but from 2nd month, 10,000cf for each month.

after 24h,
will get the new visa

if like us, you want to stay a second month or more in Togo, you had to come back here.
you fill again the form (500fcfa)+2 pictures+your passport+10000fcfa for 1 month (or 20000fcfa for 2 months or 30000fcfa for 3 months ;-)
pick up the next day.

we get the 7 day visa at the border (10000fcfa). so we come here to extend for 1 month.
500 fcfa and 2 passport pictures. pick-up the next day. perfect !

Got my extension here. It's quite a busy place. You fill in a form and add 2 photos, pay 500 CFA and pick it up the next day. I met an Australian backpacker who got his visa entente here. You need a Togo visa extension before you can apply for the visa entente (60 daysl visa to visit Togo, Benin, Niger, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast for only 35.000 CFA I believe). You might have to be a little bit pushy to get it.

It is still the same. One form, 2 passport photos and 500cfa and everything is ready on the next day at 10am.
There are many people who want to extend the visa. So it can be quite a hassle. One guy told me that it is also possible to extend the visa in Kara without any hassle.

Visa extension:
500 CFA and two passport photos.

You have to fill in properly the application form and leave your passport.
You pick it up next day. They give you 30 days visa.

Office hours: 10 to 12 and 14 to 16 hours.

If for some reason(like the Gabon embassy made a mistake on your visa so you have to wait until the next week) you need to extend your Togo visa; this is the place.

Park your car and walk onto the dirtroad to a small building where you'll see lots of people waiting already.
The police will check your bag along the way, then fill out a form and bring 2 passportphotos.

It'll cost CFA 500,- per person and you can pick up your passport the next day at 10 AM.
