Still 48,000, I had a guy working in the visa office, no cranky lady in sight. Nice guy speaks English. All I needed were:
-two forms filled out
-two copies of passport
-2 photos
-hotel booking.
Applied Thursday morning, picked up Friday 2:00p.m.
Easy.

Now visas takes 2 days to be issue. We applied Tuesday morning and got it Thursday 14h. (Other travellers we met same waiting time)

Required documents for single entry:
-2 photos (no problem with fake white background)
-2 photocopies of passport
-photocopy visa Côte d’Ivoire
-booking of an hotel.
-photocopy of yellow fever card.
-48.000 CFA

Even if you applyed for 1 month, they give you 3 months visa since the entry date you requested.

We were more lucky than other travellers before. We spoke directly with vice consul. Here nice and helpful person.
We did not to show the vacination documents.
We could pick up the visa next day at 2 p.m
BUT: 2 copies of the passport and the two picture must have a (real) white background. If you dont have this...on the ground of the embassy is a kind of copy and foto “shop“.
IMPORTANT: if you want to apply in Ouagadougou for the Visa de Entente (there it is possible) in order to proceed to eg Togo and Benin you should apply for the 3 (!) month visa! Otherwise you have to pay in Quagadougou the Burkina Faso visa again ! (because you might stay longer than just month in the zone of the Visa de Entente)

An unhelpful lady organises the visas. She can speak English. You need to knock on her office door and open it as she will not come out to check if anyone is waiting. 48,000 CFA, pick up next day. Requirements:
Two completed forms (no photocopy of one form)
Two photos
Copy of passport
Copy of yellow fever certificate and sight original
Printout of hotel booking
