Refilled our small propane tanks here no problem. Water station to refill your 5 gal jugs is also on site. The Circle K one exit to the east is good for water refill and trash, but they didn't have anyone available to refill propane that day.

Propane refill tank is by the dumpsters in a far corner. Super quick process at 11:30am on a Tuesday morning. We refilled our 11lbs tank for $11.75. Thank you!
