No signs anywhere indicating this is a day use only area. Large parking lot and an overflow parking lot. The road going in is paved as are both lots. Both will have shade when it’s not high noon. No area to pitch a tent. There is a pit toilet. No running water. There’s a rock quarry across the river that makes a little noise during the day. There’s some road noise from the near by highway. A few people came through during the late afternoon. I had the place to myself at night. I’d imagine it’s much busier during spring, summer and fall. Two bars of AT&T LTE. A good place to stop and rest for the night or bust out your canoe/kayak during the day.

there's a sign up on The informational placard that says no overnight camping. I guess the last person that was here that made a comment was in 22 and that's a lifetime ago. I can't take a picture. my phone won't let me. sorry
