A great camping spot in between Luanda. and the Calandula falls. There is a is big gravel pit at the entrance of the small street. Drive back all the way to the small quarry. There are many places to wildcamp there and nobody will disturb you. Good view over the valley as well and perfect for a sundowners. 3G internet

I stayed here one night. In the morning a guy came and woke me up at 7am and ask for bread, I told him I didn’t have any and he left. Then another guy came 10 minutes later and wouldn’t leave, I don’t speak Portuguese but he said something about money and police and something. I eventually got tired of him and left. I guess I was maybe unlucky but not the calm morning I thought I would have :)
Report Check-InReally good spot! Completely remote area, far from the road. Flat but no shadow. It’s warm in the day but really cool in the night - perfect! We also had an amazing sundown here. No mosquitoes ☺️
Report Check-Invery good wild camping spot. Hidden from the road, flat, we saw nobody, also 4g signal.
Report Check-InWe spend to nights here as we charged our electric car with our 60m2 solar panels during the day. It is a perfect location as there is nobody around and said. 2 people crossed but let us be.
The view is nice, unfortunately the grass was so high we could not see too much, but the sunset was amazing!
Report Check-InGreat quiet spot for a.night, we didn't see or hear anyone. Easy road in and plenty of flat space. Intermittent coverage on Unitel.
Report Check-InStopped here for lunch with an epic view- v nice spot and lots of space for camping. Good phone signal.
