Embassy of Liberia. Single entry visa for 1 month is 30,000 CFA, multiple entry visa for 3 months 60,000 CFA. 1 passport style photo and photocopy of first two pages of passport needed. 48 hour processing. Friendly staff.

Best to arrive with all of these things becuase the workers are absolutely not friendly or helpful in the slightest. I had some arguments before I finally figured out what they wanted from me.
They asked for 50k for lassier passer so I said no thanks I will take my chances at the border.

I did submit a hotel reservation (Expedia) as per the list because the staffer confirmed that it's needed.

You need to bring the photocopy of first two pages of passport, and one passport size photo. No need reserved hotels.

CFA 30k for 30 days single entry, you choose the starting date. They asked for one passport copy and one photo. Told us we can pick it up two days later at 14h, after asking politely they agreed to give it to us the next day.
We also asked for a Laissez Passez, but they asked for CFA 50k, so we didn't bother.
Friendly and efficient. Staff speaks English and French. Don’t wear shorts- my husband wasn’t allowed in the building because of the dress code so I obtained the visas for the both of us. Note- this is not uncommon for embassies everywhere.
