Small level parking lot next to water. You can't swim but there's is a little deck to fish or watch this beautiful background. Picnic table and field grass. Very quiet, except when the train pass (it only pass 2 Times around 10 and 11pm the night I was there). No internet signal.

THIS IS A PLATTSMOUTH CITY PARK
We arrived late afternoon & set up for the night About 7:30pm a nice police officer came by & explained that this is a city park, and as such it closes at 11pm
So we moved on Much better than being awakened in the middle of the night
