Becan and Rio Bec archeological sites | Tourist Attraction

very good place to visit Mayan ruins. $75 pp. we came around 8am and we were alone after one hour another couple of tourist arrived. You can go up to almost every structure. If you like places with less people definitely this could be your place to visit!!! ps. it could be even better if they allow to overnight in the parking lot. The town looks quiet and safe so If you can't find any other spot maybe in this little town you can find a good spot.

These ruins are great, place was empty and we could climb on all ruins. With Coba closing the ruins to climbing, these are a great alternative.

Place is open again and we loved it. Only a few people visited together with us. Nice with monkeys. You can climb the pyramide.

Really nice site! Definitely worth the stop. We paid 120 pesos for 2p. Your able to get in and on the temples.

You cannot overnight on the parking lot. There is a fence which will be closed at night

Wow! This Mayan site is definitely a "MustStop!" Friendly staff, very low price with 65Pesos per person and in the whole area less then 15people during our 1,5 hours of exploration. There are several opportunities to park your rig unter a tree/ in the shadow. Also good for a lunch stop. We highly recommend this historical site.

100% worth the Stop people! This ruines are insane beautiful and the staff were very helpful and told us bunch of stories :) 60 pesos

Arrived late, we slept on side of the road in front of parking gate. Site open at 8h and We entered at 9h, nobody told us to move.
Becan is very nice and You can go everywhere in the ruins. We saw only 10 persons on site.

Becan is amazing and definitely worth the visit! Covered in dense forest the buildings are beautiful. It is smaller and less impressive than Calakmul but also less crowded and way easier accessible.
60$ per person.

these two archaeological sites are some of my favourites in Mexico. Becan is small but incredibly beautiful and if you're lucky you might be the only ones here

Humberto is a maya guide very interesting with a lot explications. He speaks english and you can call him at 9831025699. Normaly he is at Becan site. He can organise differents tours: wildlife in the jungle
