Very friendly owner, gave us some free homemade bread (when we asked about the Tienda or lunch) when we arrived. We ended up with a private room (with 6 beds) for 50bob pp. Then 50bob for afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. Food was pretty generous though we ended up getting the leftovers from all the tours which helped. Bit overlooked as there were 4/5 tour groups so a bit chaotic, but did eventually get seen to and amazingly had our own room. Overall felt very welcomed and looked after.
Report Check-InLaguna Colorada Hostels has a kind family staff. We had a kitchen to cook our meals (we used or fuel-cooker). We payed 50 bol/pers for a dorm with 6 bed but we were alone in there.
Report Check-Inwe paid 220 Bol and had the room to ourselves and had dinner and breakfast. Asked a jeep to drive us to the Mirador and paid 50 bol plus 10 Liter of gasoline as it would have been difficult with our 2 wheel campervan.
Report Check-InWe stayed at hostel turuncu, since the other place was fully booked an we couldn't find the other place that is supposed to be here in town. 30bobpp, no shower, no wifi, 6 dorm bed. We could put our bicycles inside and cook inside in our own stove. Place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Old lady who runs it is a bit hard to follow.

10 pesos for a soup
15 pesos for pasta
Possibility to catch wifi for 15 pesos at the hostel next door
Good place for a break on the way to Uuyuni. A bit difficult to find as there is no reception. I was circling around looking for one or someone. Just knock at the brown door, the closest one to the road, with a heart shaped decoration on the top.
It seems there is no kitchen, or a private one. You can try asking for using it. There is no shower too. It's 50 bols for a dorm. No heater with cold room, taking your sleeping bag may be welcomed.
Report Check-InPaid 20 bobs for a dinner at a hostel which was already cooking for a group.
Report Check-InIf you are traveling by yourself, you can still ask the Refugio if they have some left over for lunch or dinner. We paid 20bob for one plate. In the Hamlet your can also find a very small kiosko with basic stuff, just ask the local. Good for cyclists and motorcyclist who can't stock a lot of food... Really friendly place!
