Visa only possible for residents of Burkina Faso and Niger.

However they can make exceptions, I required the following.
UK citizen
1 x Letter of introduction from UK EMBASSY

1 X Hotel Reservation with invitation
1 x Letter from Work in Home country explaining absence
1 x Yellow Fever
1 x Passport photo copy
2 x Passport photo

Prices are on the wall, I only allowed 2 month single entry. Had to wait 4 days.

Got a three month visa for 30,000CFA had to give 4 copies of application form and 4 Photos together with 4 copies of invitation and hotel booking, got invite and booking on same page from Sleepy Hippo in Accra emailed to me. They accepted that as long as I had the four hard copies. Only gave it too me because I already had a visa from my home country, Australia, that had expired. Not helpful but got it in two working days.

25,000 CFA for a 1 month single entry tourist visa. 4 passport photos, and a letter to why you failed to get a visa in your country of residents. And it takes three days for the process.
