As I tried to get there, the gates were closed right up at the through road. If I got the signs right, they ask for clp 3000 to drive down to the beach, while the beach by itself is free.
The sign says one is free to walk down to the beach, but this is of course not an option when travelling and staying overnight in a car.
There was nobody around to open the gates or ask for money.
I went to nearby Caleta Tortoralillo instead.
