German passports.

Offered us visa for 40.000 CFA, but would take 4 working days (with weekend 6 days in total).
They said there is an express option, but would cost 100.000 CFA (!). Therefore we didn't do it and will try in Lomè or Accra.

visa procedure like described (44k CFA pp for Dutch or French passport), only for us it took 2.5 days. they do not issue Laissez passer, for this you have to visit the CI embassy in Accra. we went with an example of the LP to try and convince them to help us but it only pissed them off.

30 day visa. 68,000cfa. 2 days but if you ask they will do it next day for 4pm. Don’t loose your receipt as they won’t return your passport without it.

Very friendly people and overall nice experience. We submitted the documents mentioned in the previous messages, and as non-Europeans even (surprisingly) got a better rate: 26000 each. The visas should be ready in 2 days.

We got a 30 day visa here, for 40000 cfa with German passport.
2 pics, hotel booking, copy of car documents (we gave German registration and CDP), form to be filled at the consulate.
Very friendly guy at the desk.
Ready after 48 hours.
