I got it the same day as my planned date of entry was so soon. didn't mention the 30k cfa option but I assume it's still available. the women there are lovely! only needs 2 photos and your passport. they'll help you fill out the form if you don't speak French.

They said non-express would take up to a week but is worth asking when you’re there. Perfectly nice staff.
Report Check-InWent there this noon, XAF45,000 for one month visa (they also has three month visa), need on-site filled form (French only), copy of passport photo page and Congo visa, 2 passport photos. Collect next day 12:00pm. My case, they will give to me at 10:00am tomorrow.
