Description
From Liberia to Ivory Coast with bicycle.
It was easy-going, small motorboat in 2023 asked for 2,5 USD per Person and the same for bicycle.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Immigration at both sides easy and friendly. CdI immigration take photos of vehicle and people - this is shared with future checkpoints - allegedly to fast track ongoing checkpoints.
Ferry ramp is broken so can only operate HW +/- 2 hours or so. We got caught and had to spend night at Liberian immigration. No cost and very friendly. Ferry for 4x4 is 15,000 CFA.
Liberia to IC. easy on Liberia side (less then 5min). took very long (more then 1 h) on IC side (checking passport and visa), seems to be easier/ faster if you come prepared with a hotelreservation. Crossing on small motorboat 1person+ bicycle 5USD.
Report Check-InProllo, easy crossing both side, passeport visas and yellow cards. Ferry capacity of 30 T coast 15'000 XOF for vehicles and 10'000 XOF for motorbike, negociable !
Report Check-InEasy border crossing. Custom did stamp our cdp going out of Liberia. We didn’t spoke about the cdp on the Ivory Cost side as they didn’t asked for it. They told us there is a road tax to pay but couldn’t do it. So they wrote us a letter explaining that we are going to do it in San Pedro. Ferry was 15’000 cfa.
